What happens between your approval of the proof and the box on your doorstep — and how to plan your order so it arrives before your event.
Printed golf balls are made to order. Nothing is produced before you have seen and approved a digital proof, which is why the timeline starts at your approval rather than at your order.
You send your logo or text, preferably as a vector file (EPS, AI or PDF) with the PMS/Pantone colours you use. You receive a digital proof showing exactly how the print will sit on the ball. Once you approve it, production starts and takes 5 to 15 working days. After that the balls are shipped to the address you provide.
If the balls are meant for a tournament, a company golf day or a gift, allow three to four weeks between sending your logo and the date you need them. That leaves comfortable room for the proof, any adjustment, production and transport. Working to a tighter deadline? Say so when you get in touch — let us know the date and you will hear straight away whether it is realistic.
Printing starts at 144 balls, which is twelve dozen. Larger runs are shipped in multiple boxes. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is standard; for other destinations the shipping cost is quoted with your business quote.
