For clubs & tournaments
For the golf shop, member promotions, a golf day or charity event: original golf balls printed with your club or tournament logo.
For the world of golf
Balls with your club logo for the shop, member promotions or as a welcome gift.
Your tournament logo on the ball for participants — recognisable and professional.
A sponsor logo on the ball; a lovely tangible touch at fundraising events.
A golf ball carrying your club crest is more than a nice keepsake — it is a genuine revenue line for the pro shop. Members and green-fee visitors happily pick up a sleeve or dozen bearing the emblem of the course they have just played, whether as a memento or a small gift to take home. Because you are having genuine Titleist and Pinnacle balls printed, you are selling a product players already trust; the club crest simply makes it exclusive to your course, and that justifies a healthy retail price. Where a generic ball is a consumable, the club ball becomes a souvenir.
The economics are straightforward: the larger your order, the lower the price per ball thanks to the volume tiers. A club that stocks up once or twice a year keeps its buying price low and can apply a healthy retail margin without asking too much of its members. For the shop, a mix works best — a keenly priced ball for the casual golfer and a premium ball for lower-handicap players. Our ball selector helps you justify that choice, and the configurator shows your club logo appearing on the ball straight away.
Handing new members a small welcome pack sets the tone immediately. A dozen balls printed with the club crest feels more personal than a standard keyring and actually gets used on the course — a subtle reminder, every round, of where someone belongs. The same idea works for existing members at an anniversary, a handicap milestone or as a token after the club championship. Gestures like these cost little, yet they linger long.
Member loyalty thrives on repetition and recognition. A recurring gift — say, a fresh edition of the club ball each season with a new year alongside — gives members something to look forward to and strengthens that sense of belonging. In that way you build a tradition that makes membership feel a touch more valuable. Would you like to combine the logo with a line of text or the founding year? That is possible; put your wishes to Mark via the contact page and he will advise on placement and model. That way a simple ball becomes a valued part of your club experience.
At a tournament the ball plays a double role: it is a keepsake for the player and a stage for your sponsor. Most balls offer enough space for a tournament logo on one side and a sponsor logo on the other, or both compactly side by side. That gives your headline sponsor visibility that lasts the whole day, from the opening tee shot to the prize-giving — and long afterwards, because the balls disappear into every player’s bag once the event is over.
Because we print in one to five spot colours, both the tournament logo and the sponsor colours come out crisply. Supply your house-style or sponsor colours as PMS/Pantone values and we will match them as closely as possible for a polished, professional result. For large fields a keenly priced model such as the printed Pinnacle Soft is often the smart choice, since it combines volume with a clean print. You will find more inspiration and examples on our golf balls for a tournament page.
Many clubs run recurring theme days: a ladies’ day, a seniors’ competition, a junior clinic or a season-opening match. It is precisely at events like these that a printed ball makes the difference between "a day out golfing" and a real club occasion. A small detail — the ladies’ committee logo or a playful line for the juniors — gives players the feeling that they were thought of and makes the day that bit more festive.
For senior players it pays to choose a softer, easily felt ball that is forgiving at lower clubhead speeds, so play stays comfortable. For juniors it can be playful and colourful instead, with a ball that gets airborne easily and feeds the enthusiasm. Since every group has different needs, Mark, as a PGA professional, is happy to advise on which model suits each audience. If you are still unsure, use the ball selector to weigh up the right characteristics per group. That way every theme day has its own fitting ball and every participant feels seen.
A club order runs a little differently from a one-off purchase. Often there are several people involved — the committee, the shop manager, sometimes a sponsor — and a decision has to be reached on quantity, model and budget. So start with a rough estimate of your annual need: how many balls does the shop sell, how many go to tournaments and how many into welcome packs? On that basis Mark draws up a tailored quotation in which the volume savings are visible straight away, so the committee can make a well-founded choice.
The minimum order is 144 balls (12 dozen), and the price per ball falls further as quantities rise. Once you approve the digital proof, allow a delivery time of 5 to 15 working days, so plan a club event with a little margin and order in good time. For larger or recurring club arrangements the handiest route is to request a quote via our quotation form. That way you arrange the club balls without surprises — genuine, polished and right on time for the next season.
