MrGolfbal.nl is a small business run by Mark Reynolds. This page describes what actually happens with your data on this website.
Only what you fill in yourself: your name, email address, any phone number, company name and the content of your message or quote request, plus a logo file if you attach one. There is no account, no newsletter sign-up and no purchase history on this site.
The contact and quote forms on this website are submitted through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards the message to the MrGolfbal.nl mailbox. The message therefore passes through that service on its way to email.
Your details are used to answer your question and to prepare and deliver an order. Correspondence and logo files are kept for as long as they are useful for repeat orders, so a second edition can reuse the same artwork.
Details are shared only where an order requires it — for example with the printer or the carrier. Your data is not sold and not used for advertising profiles.
You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. A message via the contact page is enough; the artwork and correspondence are then removed.
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. Pages that embed a YouTube video load it through youtube-nocookie.com, which limits what YouTube stores until you actually press play. The typeface is loaded through Google Fonts, which means that service sees your IP address, as happens with any external file your browser fetches.
The website runs on Netlify. Like any web server it keeps technical log files containing, among other things, IP address, time and the page requested. Those records exist to keep the site working and to counter abuse, not to follow visitors around.
The site is reachable only over a secure connection (https), so what you type into a form cannot be read by others in transit. Email is inherently less protected: do not send anything you would not also put in ordinary post. If you have something confidential to raise, a phone call is the better route.
If we cannot resolve something together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We would rather hear it first ourselves: a message through the contact page or a phone call is usually enough to sort it out. This statement describes the situation as it currently stands; if the way the site works changes, the text here is updated to match.
