In 2000 he moved to the Netherlands to teach, and in 2001 he founded his own golf school. Since then he has helped hundreds of golfers of every level get better.
Alongside teaching, Mark plays at a high level himself. He won the Dutch PGA Order of Merit in 2005, 2009 and 2018, claimed the European PGA Team Championship in 2019, won the PGA Cup in 2005 and played in several KLM Opens, where in 2018 he was the best-placed Dutch player.
