What to include in your message

The more concrete your message, the faster you get a useful answer. For a printed golf ball enquiry, four things help: how many balls it concerns, which brand or model you have in mind, when you need them, and what file you have of your logo. If you are unsure about that last one, simply send what you have — Mark will tell you whether it works or whether something needs doing to it.

For a golf show, a clinic or a golf trip, the date, the location and the number of guests are the first questions. For a show it also helps to know whether it takes place outside on a range or indoors in a hall, because that determines which elements are possible. If you are unsure about the format, describe the day in a few sentences; the advice follows from there.

How quickly you will hear back

Messages are usually answered within 24 hours, and on working days often sooner. Mark spends much of the week on the course or the range, so a reply may come later in the day rather than straight away. If you are in a hurry — an event already fixed, a delivery that is tight — say so, and your message moves forward in the queue.

For short questions WhatsApp is often the most practical: a photo of a logo or a box says more than a long description. Calling works too; if there is no answer, you will be rung back as soon as possible.

What happens next

For an order of printed balls, a proposal follows first with model, quantity and price. Once you agree, we produce a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will sit on the ball. Only after your approval of that proof does production start, which takes 5 to 15 working days. For a show or trip booking, the date and format are settled first, followed by a confirmation with the arrangements that go with it. Prices are always on request, because they depend on quantity, location and exactly what you want.
