How many golf balls are in a dozen, sleeve or box?

Golf balls are sold in fixed units. Here are the numbers at a glance, so you can easily estimate your order.

The common units

A sleeve usually contains 3 golf balls. A dozen is 12 golf balls (usually 4 sleeves). A box can vary, but often contains several dozen. With us the minimum order is 144 golf balls — which works out at 12 dozen.

Handy when ordering

Say you want to give every participant at a golf day a sleeve of 3, then you calculate: number of participants × 3. If that leaves you under 144, order a little extra or opt for a bigger gift per person.
